This page explains what happens to the data you leave in the form on atis.pro. In short: it goes to one mailbox, stays there, and appears nowhere else.
Who processes it
The operator is atis.pro. Full registration details: company profile. Contact: info@atis.pro, +7 916 697 26 44.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name or preferred form of address, one contact for a reply (phone, Telegram or email), your current site if you give one, and your message. Nothing else — the form has no fields for age, documents or payment details.
Separately, in anonymised form and without any link to you, the site keeps a technical request log: IP address, time, page address and User-Agent. It exists to keep spam bots out and is used for nothing else.
Why
To answer your enquiry and discuss possible work. The data is not used for mailings, advertising or profiling, and is not passed to third parties.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by pressing “Send” under the form (Article 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”). Using the form is optional — the same contacts are listed next to it, and you can write directly.
Where it is stored
The message is delivered as email to the operator's working mailbox and stays there. The site keeps no enquiry database: form content is not written to the site's database. The site and mail servers are located in the Russian Federation (Article 18(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
For how long
For as long as the correspondence continues and the data is needed for your enquiry, and no longer than three years from the last message. After that the email is deleted — earlier if you ask.
Your rights
You may ask what data the operator holds about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent and demand deletion. An email to info@atis.pro is enough — answered and acted on within 10 working days.
Complaints
If you believe your rights have been infringed, the supervisory authority is Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.
