Yutsa is a legendary hill where ultralight aviation has been developped since 1920s. In 1980s the state sports aviation center was established there. Since 1990s Yutsa hosts many hanggliding and paragliding competitions. Now yutsa.ru is a team of Joint Federation of Ultralight Aviation of Stavropol region.
